On the morning of April 22, MIK Group officially broke ground on The Sola Park subdivision, part of phase 2 of the Imperia Smart City project in Tây Mỗ, Hanoi. Building on the proven success of phase 1, the Imperia Smart City name is expected to continue energizing the residential real estate market in western Hanoi.
Phase 2 of the Imperia Smart City project, with SV Tây Hà Nội Investment and Development Co., Ltd. as the developer and Conteccons as the general contractor, is planned on a site covering more than 2.1 hectares.
