MIK Group to Launch Imperia Holiday Ha Long, Introducing Thousands of Commercial, Service and Residential Units to the Market
MIK Group is preparing to debut the Imperia Holiday Ha Long project, delivering thousands of commercial, service and residential units to the market. This marks the Group’s first expansion into the coastal region of Northern Vietnam.
According to the developer, Imperia Holiday Ha Long will be developed as a commercial–service complex located at the gateway to Ha Long City, along the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh expressway. The project is positioned to become a new commercial and tourism hub for the region, where economic potential, tourism appeal and quality living converge.
The development will be implemented in two phases. The first phase, covering more than 1.6 hectares, is situated on Hoang Quoc Viet Boulevard — a prime location considered the central gateway of Ha Long. This phase will feature a mixed-use residential and commercial tower comprising 30 above-ground floors, offering nearly 2,000 long-term ownership apartments. Scheduled for launch between late 2025 and early 2026, the project is expected to create new opportunities for both homeowners and investors in the region.

Phase two covers nearly 1.5 hectares and will feature a complex of commercial, service and serviced-apartment facilities. This phase is expected to become a new investment focal point in the Bai Chay – Ha Long area in 2026.
The presence of MIK Group in Ha Long reflects the Group’s strategic direction to expand its investment footprint beyond major urban centers, while demonstrating its long-term vision for development in key economic regions across Northern Vietnam.
Imperia Holiday Ha Long is the first project in the Imperia Holiday product line, an extension of the Imperia brand that has accompanied MIK Group’s development journey for more than a decade. Building upon the foundation of modern urban communities in Hanoi, the Imperia brand is being expanded into the “resort nature living” model — offering everyday resort-style living that harmonizes relaxation and connection.

Not merely a place to live, Imperia Holiday Ha Long is envisioned as a vibrant commercial – service – tourism complex that will strengthen the appeal of Ha Long’s gateway area and create new growth momentum for the Northeast region. This development marks an important step in MIK Group’s strategy to build a coastal project ecosystem in Northern Vietnam, connecting key urban centers into a modern commercial and tourism development corridor.
According to its long-term plan, MIK Group expects to roll out dozens of new projects with a combined land bank spanning thousands of hectares across major localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Tay Ninh and Quang Ninh. Among these, the coastal areas of Northern Vietnam are regarded as the starting point in the Group’s market expansion phase.
With this strategic direction, MIK Group is gradually shaping a distinct development landscape where marine economy, tourism and modern living spaces operate in harmony. The strategy not only aligns with Vietnam’s national maritime economic development orientation toward 2030, but also reflects the Group’s commitment to shaping prosperous, sustainable and experience-rich communities, contributing to a new identity for Vietnam’s coastal urban areas.
