On March 14, 2026, MIK Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the II-HH11 High-Rise Residential, Commercial and Service Complex, part of Subzone No. 2 in Bac Giang City, located in Tan Tien Ward (Bac Ninh).
This marks the Group’s first presence in the Bac Ninh market, representing a new milestone in its strategy to expand its real estate ecosystem across the industrial corridor in the northeastern area of the Capital.
Spanning approximately 5.84 hectares, the project is being developed as an integrated complex combining residential, commercial, service, and hospitality functions. The development comprises five towers, including one five-star hotel, one serviced apartment tower, and three high-end residential towers, alongside a low-rise commercial housing component (shophouses).
This model is designed to create a multifunctional urban complex, addressing residential, accommodation, retail, and service needs within a single, cohesive environment.

Notably, Accor Group – a leading global hospitality operator from France – is expected to manage and operate the hotel under the Novotel brand. The presence of this international brand is anticipated to enhance the quality of accommodation in Bac Ninh, as the province continues to attract strong inflows of foreign direct investment (FDI).
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, a representative of MIK Group stated:
“Bac Ninh is entering a new phase of development, marked by rapid industrialization and urbanization. We are seeing a growing demand for integrated living environments – places where residents can work, live, and enjoy a full range of amenities and services within a single urban setting. With this vision, the project is being developed with the ambition to become a new landmark, contributing to the urban landscape of the locality while supporting Bac Ninh’s broader growth in the years ahead.”
According to the developer, the selection of Bac Ninh is part of a forward-looking strategy to capture the ongoing shift of industrial activities toward areas surrounding the Capital. In recent years, the province has emerged as a dynamic industrial hub in northern Vietnam, supported by large-scale industrial zones and increasingly well-developed infrastructure.

In this context, well-planned real estate developments with fully integrated amenities are expected to play a key role in completing the urban ecosystem, meeting the increasingly sophisticated needs of experts, business leaders, and the growing residential community working in the area.
At the event, Mr. Pham Le Tri Dung, representative of Accor in Vietnam, shared:
“We highly appreciate MIK Group’s vision and long-term development strategy in selecting Bac Ninh – a market with strong growth potential – for a large-scale and well-structured development. The collaboration between Accor and MIK Group goes beyond hotel and serviced apartment operations; it reflects a shared commitment to bringing international hospitality standards closer to the local market.”
The participation of Accor, combined with a well-planned development approach from the outset, is expected to introduce additional high-quality residential and accommodation options to the Bac Ninh market, while contributing to the enhancement of the area’s urban amenities and service ecosystem.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the II-HH11 high-rise residential, commercial and service complex, subzone no. 2, Bac Giang city, not only marks MIK Group’s presence in Bac Ninh, but also reflects the dynamic growth of the locality.
As industrial and commercial activities continue to expand rapidly, the demand for modern living environments is becoming increasingly evident, gradually shaping a new urban identity for the province in its next phase of development.
