On March 17, at Fairmont Hanoi, MIK Group hosted the brand experience event “In Bloom”, marking the first official introduction of The Magnolia – a luxury apartment project under the M Series, set to launch in the near future.
More than a conventional project showcase, the event was curated as an immersive artistic journey. According to a representative of MIK Group, the cinematic storytelling approach reflects the very spirit of The Magnolia: a living space thoughtfully crafted for a discerning clientele, where every detail is meticulously considered and not intended for the mass market.

Where the experience reflects the project philosophy
The concept of “In Bloom” is built around the image of the magnolia flower – the signature symbol of The Magnolia project.
Elegant yet understated, resilient yet refined, the magnolia serves as a metaphor for the project’s development philosophy: a form of luxury that does not rely on ostentation, but is instead defined by a delicate balance between architecture, spatial experience, and emotional resonance.
The way MIK Group curated the event experience also mirrors this vision. Rather than creating a mass-oriented program, “In Bloom” was designed as a selective experiential journey – much like The Magnolia itself, which is envisioned as a living space for a limited and discerning community.

According to the developer, every detail of the project has been carefully considered to create a sense of “perfect fit” – where architecture, space, and the living experience blend seamlessly and naturally.
The event was not only an introduction of a new project, but also a platform for MIK Group to convey its development philosophy in the luxury real estate segment.
A New Standard of Private Living
At the event, MIK Group also shared further insights into the development direction of The Magnolia.
The project is conceived as a private residences model, with a deliberately limited number of units and low construction density, designed to offer an elevated level of privacy for a business-class community.
According to MIK Group, the vision is not to create a large-scale residential complex, but to craft a secluded living environment – one that allows residents to step away from the pace of urban life and enjoy a rare sense of balance within the city.
To bring this vision to life, MIK Group has partnered with leading international firms in design and development.
Among them, Benoy – a globally recognized architecture and master planning consultancy ranked among the Top 50 worldwide – is responsible for architectural design; while Studio HBA, a renowned global hospitality interior design brand, leads the interior design to deliver a refined and luxurious living experience in every residence.

In parallel, Turner International – a global construction management firm involved in numerous iconic projects worldwide – has been appointed to oversee construction management, ensuring alignment between the design vision and execution quality.
At the event, Mr. Bojan Petkovic, a representative of Turner International, shared that The Magnolia is being developed with an ambition to meet international standards in both design and construction management.
“We believe The Magnolia will become a benchmark project, contributing to the establishment of new standards for the luxury real estate segment in Hanoi,” Mr. Bojan noted.

According to MIK Group, at The Magnolia, refined living goes beyond the ownership of a residence. It is a journey of personal “blooming” within a space meticulously crafted so that everything feels just right – where every moment unfolds naturally and with a sense of completeness.
The “In Bloom” event concluded with a lasting impression, while offering the first glimpse into The Magnolia – a project that MIK Group expects will help set new benchmarks for private luxury living in Hanoi.
