MIK Group continues to attract strong market interest in western Hanoi with the official announcement of the Imperia Sky Park project in the Nam An Khanh urban area. The project is expected to be launched in early 2026, contributing to the completion of MIK Group’s presence across key strategic urban corridors of the capital.
Over the past decade, the Group has steadily built a project portfolio aligned with major growth areas while shaping product lines with distinctive identities. Among them, Imperia has been identified as a core brand within the high-end urban apartment segment.
Imperia: from a product line to an inherited urban living standard
Within MIK Group’s project ecosystem, Imperia is positioned as a strategic product line, targeting young professionals, young families, and modern urban residents. The Imperia project series in Hanoi has been developed through a selective expansion journey, closely aligned with different stages of urban spatial development.
The journey began with Imperia Garden in Thanh Xuan, introducing a green apartment model within the inner city. This was followed by Imperia Sky Garden in Minh Khai, expanding modern living standards within the extended central area. As Hanoi expanded westward, Imperia Smart City emerged within a new mega-urban development, demonstrating the product line’s flexible adaptability. More recently, Imperia Signature Co Loa in the northeastern part of the capital marked a step forward into a more premium segment, catering to customers with higher expectations for living space and privacy.

The common ground among Imperia projects does not lie in design, but in a resident-centric philosophy. Each residential development prioritizes functional layouts, natural lighting, and green landscapes. Imperia aims to integrate shared spaces into everyday living, fostering stable and sustainable residential communities over the long term.
This foundation enables Imperia to expand in depth while maintaining a consistent identity across projects. Beyond product development, Imperia also reflects MIK Group’s broader strategy in shaping urban living spaces.
Completing a balanced East – West development strategy
Within Hanoi’s current urban development structure, the eastern area is emerging as a new growth pole with the presence of multiple large-scale mega-urban developments. Meanwhile, the western area, once a primary growth driver in previous phases, is entering a stage of infrastructure completion and urban repositioning. Rather than focusing solely on the most dynamic locations, MIK Group approaches the market with a balanced perspective. The Group organizes its project portfolio along the East – West axis to establish a long-term development foundation.

In the eastern and northeastern areas, Imperia Ocean City and Imperia Signature Co Loa have marked important expansion milestones for the Imperia brand. These projects not only add to the housing supply but also contribute to the formation of new residential communities within the city’s expanding urban structure.
Meanwhile, in the western area, MIK Group is preparing for the next development cycle. According to the plan, in early 2026, the Group will introduce a new Imperia-branded project, Imperia Sky Park, located in the Nam An Khanh urban area along Thang Long Boulevard in An Khanh Ward, Hanoi.
This is not merely an expansion of the project portfolio, but a strategic preparation for the next growth phase, as demand for high-quality living spaces in this area becomes increasingly evident.
According to the plan, Imperia Sky Park will be developed on a land area of approximately 4 hectares, comprising six high-end residential towers ranging from 31 to 40 floors, along with an integrated amenities complex and a seven-storey parking facility. The project is expected to continue inheriting the core values of the Imperia product line while contributing to the development of stable, high-quality residential communities in western Hanoi.
